• Is it safe to use MyRosy in my intimate area?

    MyRosy is a feminine fragrance that's safe to use in your intimate area on the underwear. It has been clinically approved for safe use, and it is alcohol-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free and hypoallergenic.

    Please Note: MyRosy is not meant for applying directly on the vulva or vagina.

  • What is the difference between using regular perfume and MyRosy Intimate Perfume?

    A regular perfume contains 70% - 90% alcohol content and fragrance. Alcohol can dry out the skin and cause irritation, and it is usually strongly advised against using it near the sensitive skin of the intimate area. As for MyRosy, it is alcohol-free and has specifically been formulated to be safe for use near the intimate area.

  • What is the difference between "yoni oil" and MyRosy Intimate Perfume?

    Yoni oil contains natural ingredients that can cause allergic reactions to the skin. Natural essential oil does not always mean better, the process of the formulation is important when determining what is safe for the sensitive skin. 

  • Can I use MyRosy Intimate Perfume directly on my skin?

    MyRosy Intimate Perfume does not contain any irritating ingredients and it’s hypoallergenic, so you can apply it directly on your body EXCEPT on the vulva and vagina.

    We instruct users of MyRosy to apply directly on the underwear for best usage. You can find the instructions for how to best use it within your intimate area here.

  • When I apply MyRosy to my intimate area, it causes discomfort, is this normal?

    You should discontinue use if MyRosy causes you discomfort. Although MyRosy has passed the skin sensitivity test for safe use and was dermatologist approved, some of us with very delicate and sensitive skin can still have a reaction.

  • Should I only use MyRosy on my underwear?

    No, you can use our feminine fragrance anywhere else on the body (except for directly on your vagina). It can be used as a regular perfume, fragrance for a diffuser, or freshening beddings because of the long-lasting scent. You can find more ways to use MyRosy here.

  • Can I use MyRosy during my menstrual cycle?

    Yes! This is one of the many ways you can use MyRosy. During your menstruation cycle simply apply it on the pad, panty liner, or underwear itself to help control the odor and gain more confidence. However, it should be for external use only, thus we do not recommend applying it on tampons, menstruation cups, etc.

  • When I use MyRosy on feminine pads or panty liners, how come it leaves a sticky residue on the underwear?

    Our intimate perfume comprises mainly fragrance components, which can leave a residue as the content touches the adhesive part of the pads or panty liners. It is recommended to apply a drop of the intimate perfume in the center of the pad or where the pad's adhesive cannot be easily reached. If underwear has intimate perfume from before and is unwashed, this may still cause a sticky reaction on your underwear.

  • Can I use MyRosy everyday?

    Yes, you can use our intimate perfume every day.

  • Can I use MyRosy if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

    Though there are no irritants, It is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • How come there are stains on my underwear after use?

    Our intimate perfume is comprised of mostly fragrance contents so it can potentially leave a stain on your underwear. However, the stain can be washed off with soap and water.

  • It seems like the volume of MyRosy Intimate Perfume content varies from bottle to bottle, how come?

    Due to the manufacturing nature of our bottles, the inside of the bottle can be shaped a little differently. This may cause a difference in the height of the contents to the naked eye, but we can assure you that all products are the same in volume.

  • How long will it take for my return to get processed?

    You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
