We accept returns on unopened regularly priced items within
30 days of your original purchase date. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise and handling fee if needed.

We will deduct the shipping cost from the total refund price. In addition, we are not refunding the original shipping cost you paid to purchase the product.

In the case of damages, missing items or incorrect items received, we require a photo or photos depicting the issue. Email this information along with your order number to info@myrosybeauty.com for return inquires. If you do not provide a photo that clearly shows the issue, we reserve the right to deny your return or refund.

Unless a shipping error was made by MyRosy, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product. We do not cover the cost of shipping back the product unless the exchange is due to a qualifying damage or warehouse error. Exchanged products will be charged a new shipping and handling fee and you may select the method of shipping at checkout.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from myrosybeauty.com. Products purchased from any other retailers including other e-commerce sites may not be returned to myrosybeauty.com even if they are MyRosy branded products.
